摘要
以河南某氧化铝厂的高温拜耳法赤泥为基础材料,研究制备新型污泥高效活化剂和赤泥基骨架构建体,替代常规调理剂联合用于污泥深度调理脱水。经对赤泥基高效活化剂的红外光谱和SEM分析可知,大部分铝、铁已经嵌入活化剂的网状互联结构,且在红外光谱中呈现明显的峰值,但从XRD及盐基度测试看,仍有部分铝、铁以AlCl 3·6H 2O和FeCl 3的形式存在于活化剂中。使用赤泥基高效活化剂及骨架构建体的混合液调理市政剩余污泥,脱水滤饼含水率可较原污泥同条件下降低约16.1%,且滤饼及滤液的重金属含量均低于相关标准值。故采用高温拜耳法赤泥制取赤泥基高效活化剂及骨架构建体调理市政剩余污泥是可行的,达到了以废治废的效果。
Based on the red mud of high-temperature Bayer process from an aluminum oxide plant in Henan province,the preparation of a new type of high-efficiency sludge activator and red mud based skeleton builder was studied,to substitute the conventional conditioner for sludge deep conditioning dehydration.According to the infrared spectrum and SEM analysis of red mud based high-efficiency activator,most of the aluminum and iron have been embedded in the network interconnection structure of the activator,and show obvious peak value in the infrared spectrum.However,according to the XRD and basicity test,some of the aluminum and iron still exist in the activator with the form of AlCl 3·6H 2O and FeCl 3.Using the mixture of red mud based high-efficiency activator and skeleton builder for conditioning the municipal surplus sludge,the moisture content of dehydrated filter cake reduces about 16.1%,compared with the original sludge under the same conditions,and the heavy metals content of filter cake and filtrate is lower than the relevant standard values.Therefore,it is feasible to use high-temperature Bayer red mud to produce red mud based high-efficiency activator and skeleton builder for conditioning municipal surplus sludge,achieving the effect of waste treatment.
