配合料总铁含量及Fe^2+/(Fe^2++Fe^3+)对平板玻璃透过率与色度的影响 被引量:3

Influence of Total Iron Concentration and Fe^2+/(Fe^2++Fe^3+)Ratio of Batching on Transmittance and Chromaticity of Flat Glass

摘要 以太阳能光伏盖板用钠钙硅玻璃为基础体系,通过在玻璃配合料中引入杂质铁,研究了配合料中总铁含量及不同Fe 2+/(Fe 2++Fe^3+)比例对平板玻璃透过率与色度的影响。结果表明,随着配合料中总铁含量的增加,玻璃在400~1200 nm的平均透过率线性降低,配合料外加铁含量每增加1×10-4,玻璃平均透过率降低约0.5%。若要满足光伏玻璃应用于太阳能光伏电池时对该波段的光线透过率大于90%的使用要求,玻璃配合料中引入的杂质总铁含量应控制在1.4×10^-4以下。此外,随配合料外加总铁含量的增加,玻璃的明度逐渐降低,玻璃偏绿程度增加,但偏黄程度变化不大。固定配合料中总铁含量为1.4×10^-4的条件下,随配合料引入Fe 2+/(Fe 2++Fe^3+)比例的逐渐增加,玻璃的透过率整体上呈现小幅降低的趋势。当Fe 2+/(Fe 2++Fe^3+)为0.7时,玻璃的平均透过率达到最低值,同时玻璃偏绿程度增加。 Based on the Na 2O-CaO-SiO 2 glass system used in photovoltaic cover glass,by adding iron impurity in the batching of glass,the influence of the total iron concentration and different ratio of Fe^2+/(Fe^2++Fe^3+)on the transmittance and chromaticity of flat glass were investigated.The results indicate that with the increase of total iron concentration in the batching,the average transmittance in the range of 400 nm to 1200 nm exhibits a linear decrease.The average transmittance falls by about 0.5%for every 1×10^-4 of iron concentration increasing.In order to achieve the operating reqnirement of average transmittance exceeding 90%in this wave range for solar cell application,total iron concentration in batching should be controlled less than 1.4×10^-4.Furthermore,the lightness of glass weakens with the increase of total iron concentration,the color of partial green strengthens,while the color of partial yellow does not change too much.At the constant total iron concentration of 1.4×10-4 in the batching,the average transmittance of glass shows a slight decreasing tendency with the increase of Fe^2+/(Fe^2++Fe^3+)ratio.The average transmittance of glass reaches the lowest point at Fe^2+/(Fe^2++Fe^3+)ratio equals to 0.7,and the color of partial green strengthens.
