摘要
以兰州百合鳞茎为原料,对酶解辅助法提取百合粗多糖及其止咳作用进行研究。通过单因素试验及响应面优化试验,对百合多糖提取得率进行研究,得到百合多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶26(g∶mL),提取时间31 min,提取温度54℃。该条件下提取所得的粗多糖可改善咳嗽症状,具有止咳作用。
In this experiment,using Lanzhou lily bulbs as raw materials,study on the extraction of polysaccharides from lily by enzymatic hydrolysis and its antitussive effect.Through single factor and response surface optimization experiments,the extraction rate of lily polysaccharide was discussed,and the optimum technological conditions for lily polysaccharide extraction were as follows:the solid liquid ratio was 1∶26(g∶mL),the extraction time was 31 min,and the extraction temperature was 54℃.In addition,the crude polysaccharide obtained by the extraction could improve cough symptoms and has an antitussive effect.
