摘要
向自然界学习是人类各种工程技术原理、重大创新发明及先进材料研制的源泉.以自然界中超疏水槐树叶为研究对象,采用模板复型法绿色构筑仿生洋槐树叶超疏水自清洁表面材料,并利用现代仪器分析技术对材料的多尺度结构和宏观性能进行表征与测试.实验结果表明,制备的仿生槐树叶材料具有超疏水低粘附特性,静态水接触角大于150°,滚动角为6.6°,同时该材料展现出优异的自清洁功能.
Bioinspired by locust leaves,the surface material with superhydrophobic self-cleaning is constructed via a template replica method.The multi-scale structure and superwetting performance of the artificial material are characterized and tested by modern instrument analysis technology.The results show that the resultant material surface has the characteristics of superhydrophobicity and low adhesion,the static contact angle is more than 150°,the rolling angle is about 6.6°,and possesses excellent self-cleaning performance.
