生漆漆酚HPLC指纹图谱研究 被引量:3

摘要 应用RP-HPLC研究了生漆中漆酚的指纹图谱。色谱柱为Agilent InfinityLab Poroshell 120 EC-C18(4.6×150mm,4μm),流动相为乙腈-水溶液梯度洗脱,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为225nm,柱温40℃。该方法使各漆酚成分得到较好分离,建立了生漆中漆酚的指纹图谱,并对中国生漆样品进行了相似度计算,根据检测结果得到了19个共有峰。该指纹图谱方法准确可靠,为生漆的质量控制及品种鉴别提供了方法依据。 To study and establish the fingerprint of Urushiol in raw lacquer by RP-HPLC.HPLC was conducted on Agilent InfinityLab Poroshell 120EC-C18(4.6×150mm,4μm).Acetonitrile-water solution was employed as mobile phase with gradient elution,the detection wavelength was set at 225nm,flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1,and the column temperature was maintained at 40℃.The chemical constituents of Urushiol were well separated.The fingerprint of Urushiol in raw lacquer was established and the similarities of Chinese lacquer sample were calculated,among which 19 fingerprint peaks in common were confirmed.The method is accurate,reliable,and reproducible,which provides a reference for the quality control and variety identification of raw lacquer.
