Research on Innovation Development of University Libraries’ Information Service in the Background of "Double First-class" Construction

在梳理国内高校图书馆情报服务研究与发展现状的基础上,提出高校图书馆情报服务创新应以"双一流"建设目标和任务为导向,开展战略情报服务、学科情报服务、科研情报服务、人才情报服务、专利情报服务,以辅助高校的管理决策、学科建设、科研发展、人才引进、成果转化,并提出情报服务创新发展策略。

On the basis of combing the present situation of research and development of intelligence service in domestic university libraries,this paper points out university libraries should actively carry out strategic intelligence service,subject intelligence service,scientific research intelligence service,talent intelligence service,patent intelligence service,which guided by the goal and task of "Double First-class" construction,so as to support universities’ management decisions,discipline construction,scientific research development,talent introduction,achievement transformation,and puts forward strategies of the innovation and development of intelligence service.
