摘要
通过对太极拳运动要领与脊柱结构的分析与机理研究,采取抻筋拔骨、采气功、套路演练等方式进行锻炼,可促进人体新陈代谢及气血运行,有效养护及松活脊柱,改善体质,预防或辅助治疗相关疾病,促进身心健康。脊柱松活弹抖,力由脊发,节节贯串,从而做到整体劲力的发放,使太极拳运动水平有一个质的飞跃。
By analyzing and doing research on the mechanism of key movement of taijiquan(tai chi chuan,a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing)and spinal structure,this paper discovers that through stretching and extending muscle and bones,practicing energy circulating techniques and routine movement.metabolism,vital energy and blood system can be improved.What’s more,taijiquan practitioners’spine can be relaxed and protected,their physical and mental condition are improved.Practicing taijiquan can prevent practitioners from relevant diseases and assist to cure them.When practicing taijiquan,spine will be relaxed,and all the strength starts segment by segment,which will result in comprehensive contracting,and there will be a qualitative leap on the level of playing tajiquan.
