碘甘油联合曲安奈德口腔软膏治疗口腔溃疡的临床研究

Clinical study on Iodine Glycerol combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Dental Paste in treatment of oral ulcer

目的探讨碘甘油联合曲安奈德口腔软膏治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月河南大学赛思口腔医院进行诊治的116例口腔溃疡患者为研究对象,根据就诊顺序分为对照组(58例)和治疗组(58例)。对照组给予曲安奈德口腔软膏,于餐后取约1 cm药膏轻轻涂抹在病损表面,3次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上给予碘甘油,用棉签蘸取少量涂于患处,3次/d。两组均治疗1周后进行效果评价。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率是98.28%,显著高于对照组的82.76%(P<0.05)。经治疗,治疗组疼痛缓解时间和溃疡面愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗,两组患者SAS评分、VAS评分显著降低(P<0.05),而QLQ-C30评分显著升高(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组这些评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平显著降低,而白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、表皮生长因子(EGF)水平显著增高(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α低于对照组,而IL-2、EGF高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论碘甘油联合曲安奈德口腔软膏治疗口腔溃疡可显著改善患者临床症状,抑制炎症反应,促进病损愈合,有利于患者焦虑状态及生活质量的改善,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Iodine Glycerol combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Dental Paste in treatment of oral ulcer.Methods 116 Patients with oral ulcer in SATH Hospital of Stomatology Henan University from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(58 cases)and treatment group(58 cases)according to the order of treatment.The control group was given Triamcinolone Acetonide Dental Paste.After eating,take about 1 cm ointment and gently apply it on the damaged surface for 3 times daily.The treatment group was given Iodine Glycerol on the basis of the control group.A small amount of iodine glycerin was dipped into the affected area with a cotton swab for 3 times daily.Both groups were evaluated after 1 week of treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.28%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.76%,P<0.05).After treatment,the pain relief time and ulcer healing time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SAS and VAS scores of patients in the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),while QLQ-C30 score was significantly increased(P<0.05).After treatment,these scores were better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were significantly decreased,while the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)and epidermal growth factor(EGF)were significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment,hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,while IL-2 and EGF were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Iodine Glycerol combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Dental Paste in treatment of oral ulcer can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and can inhibit the inflammatory response,also can promote the healing of lesions,and is conducive to the improvement of anxiety state and life quality of patients,which has certain clinical application value.
