科创板注册制对企业IPO抑价的影响研究被引量：3

摘要本文从我国设立科创板并实行注册制的资本市场基础制度改革出发,通过对比近一年来科创板和同期主板A股上市科技公司的新股发行情况,运用实证分析的方法,研究发现科创板注册制有利于提升发行市盈率,但IPO(首次公开募股)抑价程度不降反升。这一方面验证了注册制通过发挥新股发行的市场化定价作用,有利于提升发行市盈率来降低IPO抑价的理论正确性;另一方面,由于新设科创板是增量改革的试验方式,导致科创板与主板上市企业的战略定位、科技实力存在显著差异,从而导致实证分析和理论假说结果相悖的假象。
