摘要
根据实际打印情况,设计4种常见的悬空特征,通过FDM熔融挤压快速成型工艺进行加工试验,得出无需添加支撑即可成型的这4种悬空特征的极限悬空参数,分别为倾斜角30°、弧顶半径5 mm、平顶长度8 mm、悬臂长度6 mm,并且得出成型室内环境温度对悬空部分的成型质量影响较大。
According to the actual printing situation,four kinds of common suspension features are designed.Through the processing test of FDM melt extrusion rapid prototyping process,the limit suspension parameters of these four suspension characteristics that can be formed without adding support are obtained,which are tilt angle 30°,arc top radius 5mm,flat top length 8mm and cantilever length 6mm,respectively,and the environmental temperature in the molding room has a greater impact on the forming quality of the suspended part.
