摘要
在舰船装备技术状态评估中,由于设备故障种类多样,监测数据呈现不同规律,难以界定故障状态基准,给评估模型的建立带来了不确定因素。针对此问题,对TOPSIS法进行了改进,以待评估状态到最优状态的加权距离,作为评估依据,避免了故障状态的设定,增强了评估方法的可操作性。实例分析表明,采用的方法准确、实用,在现实舰船装备的技术状态评估中,具有较好的应用前景。
Due to the variety of equipment faults and the different rules of monitoring data,it is difficult to define the fault status benchmark in the evaluation of ship equipment technology status,which brings uncertain factors to the establishment of the evaluation model.To solve this problem,the TOPSIS method is improved,and the weighted distance to be evaluated from the state to the optimal state is used as the evaluation basis,which avoids the setting of fault state and enhances the operability of the evaluation method.An example shows that the method is accurate and practical,and has a good application prospect in the evaluation of the technical state of warship equipment in reality.
