摘要 风力发电机组采用单叶片吊装方式时,风轮需单独与塔筒上的主机先一步进行对接,因此在地面上时就需要对竖直放置的风轮翻转呈一定的拼接角度,设计了一种风轮翻转工装,主要包括翻转支架、液压驱动机构等。设计的工装能将风轮翻转成可调节的角度,用来配合机组单叶片吊装方式,以应对特殊地形无法采用风轮与叶片整体吊装的项目。设计的工装已在某项目成功吊装2.5MW机组。 When the wind turbine is installed with a single blade,the wind turbine needs to be connected with the main engine on the tower cylinder separately first.Therefore,when on the ground,it is necessary to show a certain splicing Angle for the vertical wind turbine rollover.A wind turbine rollover fixture is designed,which mainly includes the rollover bracket and hydraulic drive mechanism,etc.The designed fixture can turn the wind wheel into an adjustable Angle,which can be used to match the single-blade hoisting mode of the unit,so as to deal with the project that the wind wheel and blade can’t be hoisted together in the special terrain.The tooling designed has been successfully hoisted 2.5MW units in a certain project.
