摘要
移动光伏系统由光伏板、汇流箱、运动机构、方舱等部分组成。光伏系统运输或贮存时可收纳进方舱,使用时依托方舱快速展开发电。对光伏系统电气与结构进行了设计计算,分析了不同工况下的关键部位受力,并通过野外调试验证了设计的合理性。解决了现有移动光伏系统空间集成功率密度低、收展不方便、结构不稳定等的问题。将移动光伏方舱运用到移动微电网,可提高新能源发电的比例,缓解对油料的依赖。
The mobile photovoltaic system is composed of photovoltaic panels,combiner box,moving mechanism,square cabin and other parts.When the photovoltaic system is transported or stored,it can be stored in the square cabin.When it is used,it can be used to generate electricity quickly.In this paper,the electrical and structural design of the photovoltaic system is calculated,and the stress on the key parts under different working conditions is analyzed,and the rationality of the design is verified through field debugging.It solves the problems of low spatial integration power density,inconvenient operation,and unstable structure of the existing mobile photovoltaic system.The application of mobile photovoltaic cabin to mobile microgrid can improve the proportion of new energy generation and alleviate the dependence on oil.
