摘要
采用化学成分分析、力学性能排查、金相显微镜和扫描电镜检测等方法,对某型柴油机活塞销裂纹故障原因进行分析,结果表明,表面热处理缺陷是引起活塞销疲劳开裂的主要原因,并提出了改进建议。
By means of chemical composition analysis,mechanical property inspection,metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope,the failure causes of piston pin crack in a diesel engine are analyzed,the results show that the surface heat treatment defect is the main cause of fatigue cracking of piston pin,and some Suggestions for improvement are put forward.
