摘要
用成形工艺冲压的零件,板料的定位稳定性将直接影响零件尺寸的稳定性,以某车型的前纵梁外板为例,介绍如何优化其定位方式,以实现保证零件尺寸合格率稳定的目的。
The stability of positioning the sheet metal for stamping parts which apply forming process will directly affect the stability of dimensions.This article,taking a front rail inner part as an example,introduces the method of optimizing the positioning to achieve the stability of dimensions.
