天然气调压系统热备及其在输气场站工艺控制过程的应用

摘要 对天然气调压系统进行分析,明确了调压系统的工艺流程及其风险特征并清楚地了解了其在天然气输气场站的应用中起着调节压力,保障对下游用户用气安全的作用。而对于一些停输后造成巨大损失的企业用户,调压撬内实现调压系统热备设置,以工艺参数设置实现工艺自动化,能大大提高下游用户的用气安全,可有效提高天然气场站供气的稳定可靠性。 This paper analyzes the natural gas pressure regulating system,clarifies the process flow and risk characteristics of the pressure regulating system,and clearly understands that the pressure regulating system plays a role in regulating the pressure and ensuring the safety of gas consumption for downstream users in the application of natural gas transmission stations.For some enterprise users who cause huge losses after shutdown,the hot standby setting of pressure regulating system in the pressure regulating skid and process automation realized by process parameter setting can greatly improve the gas safety of downstream users and effectively improve the stability and reliability of gas supply in natural gas stations.
