面向“中国制造2025”的装备制造类人才培养质量路径探索

Exploration on the Way of Training Quality of Equipment Manufacturing Talents Oriented to"Made in China 2025"

装备制造业在"中国制造2025"战略计划实施中起着至关重要的作用,如何培养高端装备制造业紧缺的高技能复合人才是职业院校急需解决的问题。通过产业发展和职业能力需求的分析,找出当前职业教育与新时代人才培养要求的差距,提出"六度复合人才"的"三维立体"培养策略,为实现制造大国向制造强国的转变提供人才保障。

Equipment manufacturing industry plays a crucial role in the implementation of the"Made in China 2025"strategic plan.How to cultivate high-skilled talents in shortage of high-end equipment manufacturing industry is an urgent problem for vocational colleges.Based on the analysis of industrial development and professional ability demand,this paper finds out the gap of talent training requirements between the current vocational education and the new age,and puts forward the"three-dimensional"training strategy of"six-degree compound talents",in order to provide talent guarantee for the transformation from a manufacturing country to a manufacturing power.
