摘要 我国在快速城市化进程中,以机动车为中心的社会构造已无法满足城市的发展需求,以公共交通(包括地铁、公交、的士、共享单车等)为核心建立的TOD综合开发模式已然成为一种必要且可持续的解决方案。该文在研究国内外相关理论及实践的基础上,分析总结现有轨交综合体的不足,试图以空间模式创新为核心,通过针对现存问题的设计策略探讨,于“点—轴—网”系统方法论的框架下,提出“Artery”的概念,本意为人体动脉,寓意集约、高效、有机的综合系统,着眼于复合交通换乘及复合交通与商业、城市公共空间的交互组织渗透模式,并尝试将该模式应用于建筑本体设计的探索及对高效、共享、多义、开放的城市公共空间的探讨,使其具备切实推广性。 In the process of rapid urbanization in China,the motorized vehicle-centered social structure can not meet the needs of urban development.Therefore,the integrated development mode of TOD(Transit Oriented Development)centered on public transportation(including subway,bus,taxi,shared bicycle,etc.)has become a necessary and sustainable solution.On the basis of the relevant theories and practices at home and abroad,we analyze and summarize the shortcomings of the existing rail transit complex,taking the spatial pattern innovation as the core,we discuss the design strategy for the existing problems.Based on the framework of the"point-axial-network"system methodology,we propose the concept of"Artery",which implies an intensive,efficient and organic integrated system,focusing on composite traffic transfer and the interactive organization and infiltration mode between composite traffic,commerce and urban public space.We attempt to apply this model to the exploration of architectural ontology design and the exploration of efficient,shared,polysemous and open urban public space,which make it have a practical extension.
