摘要
城市空间与城市中的兴趣点(POI)有重要的相关性。该文借助POI大数据,利用空间句法(Depthmap)与地理信息系统(ArcGIS)中核密度估算法以及缓冲区分析,从宏观、中观与微观尺度对商业聚集与城市空间的相关性进行了分析。结果发现:①南昌老城区的商业聚集与城市道路的全局整合度显著相关;②绳金塔区的商业聚集与区域道路空间的连接度、控制值、全局整合度都显著相关;③绳金塔历史文化街区的商业分布与街区道路空间的形态变量相关性较弱;④商业聚集在宏观、中观尺度的城市道路空间中表现为强相关,而在微观尺度的街区中可能会受街区特性影响相关性,而表现为强相关或弱相关。
Urban space has an important correlation with points of interest(POI)in cities.Based on POI big data,we analyze the correlation between commercial aggregation and urban space from the macro,meso and micro scales by using the space syntax(Depthmap)and the kernel density estimation method and buffer analysis in the geographic information system(ArcGIS).The results show that:(1)the commercial integration of Nanchang old town is significantly related to the global integration of urban roads.(2)The connectivity,control value and global integration of commercial gathering in the regional Shengjin Tower District are significantly related.(3)The commercial distribution of the Shengjin Tower historical and cultural block is weakly correlated with the morphological variables of street road space.(4)Commercial aggregation is strongly correlated in the urban road space of macroscopic and meso scales,and may be affected by the characteristics of neighborhoods in micro-scale neighborhoods,the relevance expresses as strong or weakly correlated.
