快递企业服务能力对网购消费者满意度的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着经济贸易的不断发展,物流企业规模也在不断地扩大和进步,企业之间的竞争力也在不断的增加。为了提高物流的服务能力,提高顾客的满意度,实现双赢的局面,本文探讨了我国快递企业服务能力现状和快递服务顾客满意度现状,详细地研究了快递企业服务能力对网购消费者满意度的影响,最后重点提出了解决快递服务提高消费者网购满意度的对策。
