浙学及其周边:从地域学术到地方文化

Zhejiang School and Its Periphery:From Regional Academic to Local Culture

摘要 浙学是浙江大地上具有“现象级”意义的地域学术景观。南宋“浙学”之说形成之后,面向浙学的事实描述与价值评估开始出现。从总体史上看,事实描述的浙学,乃是指创发于浙江的思想学术传统,既包括浙江思想文化产生、发展、嬗变的历史传统及其所构成的学术共同体,也涵盖这一思想学术传统与不同时期的浙江社会、政治、经济、生活方式、人心习俗等相互作用的(地域)文化共同体。浙学并不是一个狭隘的、一地一派的固化概念,而是普遍性与地域性并存、历时性与共时性结合的动态概念。至于浙学的价值重估,则基于学术规范意义的反思与探索,在浙学研究领域呈现出古典浙学、义理浙学、历史浙学、文献浙学、文化浙学、生活浙学等众多形态。本文立足于浙学的总体史观,认为中国学术传统的生态结构向来具有地域特色,明确提出“浙学及其周边”这一具有变奏性的论述主题,通过对浙学文化“周边”形态及其构成内容的初步辨析,尝试提出一种有关“浙学”的历时性描述与价值论评估,再现浙学如何在地域、思想、社会、文化等众多“周边”聚集中演绎出浙江特色的思想话语、精神气质,如何在求通与变通、凝聚与包容、认同与扩展的历史脉络中,拓展成为浙江独特且富有活力及共识的历史记忆、文化记忆、社会记忆。 The Zhejiang School is a regional academic landscape with“phenomenal”significance on the land of Zhejiang Province,East China.Along with the formation of the theory of Zhejiang School in the Southern Song Dynasty,there appeared factual description and value evaluation with regards to Zhejiang School.From the perspective of the overall history,the factual description of Zhejiang School refers to the ideological and academic tradition created in Zhejiang province.It not only includes the historical tradition of the generation,development,evolution of Zhejiang’s ideological culture as well as the academic community formed by it,but also covers a(geo-)cultural community interplayed by Zhejiang’s society,politics,economy,lifestyle and people-to-people exchanges and customs in different periods.Zhejiang School is not a rigid concept with a narrow and regional view,but rather a dynamic one,in which universality and locality coexist,and diachronicity and synchronicity are combined.As for the value re-evaluation of Zhejiang School,it is a reflection and exploration with an eye on academic norms.There are numerous forms in the field of Zhejiang School,like classical,principle,historical,literature,cultural and life studies.Based on the overall view of history,this paper believes that the ecological structure of Chinese academic traditions has long been with regional characteristics,and thus clearly brings up the thesis of“Zhejiang School and its Periphery”.Through a preliminary analysis towards the forms and constituents of the Zhejiang School’s“periphery”,the author attempts to put forward a diachronic description and axiological evaluation of Zhejiang School,reproducing how the ideological discourse and spiritual temperament with Zhejiang characteristics are deduced through such“peripheral”gatherings as region,ideology,society and culture.In the historical context of seeking versatility and flexibility,cohesion and inclusion,identification and expansion,Zhejiang School is evolving into Zhejiang’s unique and dynamic historical,cultural and social memory.
