黄光光照强度对甜菜夜蛾成虫生殖行为和寿命的干扰效果 被引量:8

摘要 为阐明黄光光照强度对甜菜夜蛾Spodoptera exigua Hübner成虫生殖行为和寿命的影响。本研究设置3个光照强度(1 Lx,10 Lx,100 Lx)和一个对照(CK)处理,观察记录不同处理下甜菜夜蛾的单雌产卵量、产卵前期、产卵期、卵孵化率及成虫寿命。结果表明,黄光不同光照强度对甜菜夜蛾的生殖行为和雌成虫寿命均存在不同程度的影响,在光照强度达到10 Lx和100 Lx的情况下,其单雌产卵量明显降低,产卵历期和雌成虫寿命明显缩短,当光照强度为1 Lx情况下与对照相比无明显差异。该研究结论为防蛾灯的进一步优化和完善提供了一定的理论支撑。 In order to clarify the effect of yellow light intensity on the reproductive behavior and longevity of Spodoptera exigua.In this study,three light intensities(1 Lx,10 Lx,100 Lx)and a control(CK)were used to observe and record the oviposition quantity,pre-oviposition period,oviposition period,egg hatching rate and longevity of S.exigua under different treatments.The results showed that the yellow light intensity had different effects on the reproductive behavior and female longevity of S.exigua.When the light intensity reached 10 Lx and 100 Lx,the oviposition quantity decreased,and the oviposition period and female longevity shortened significantly.When the light intensity was 1 Lx,there was no significant difference compared with the control.The conclusion provides a theoretical support for the further optimization and improvement of yellow light.
