摘要
劳动教育作为全面发展教育体系的重要构成部分,不仅具有广阔的社会性功能,而且具有更为根本的内在生命意义。劳动教育的生命意义植根于劳动的生命意义,是对生命自由性的全面激发、拓展与提升。劳动创造是劳动教育生命意义建构的本源力量;生命品格是劳动教育生命意义个体性建构的集中体现;劳动文化是劳动教育生命意义的普遍性展开。劳动教育需要直面时代性课题。在当今人类生态文明建设进程中,劳动教育要在"人——自然——社会"和谐统整的生命意义上,确立生态劳动观念,培育生态文化,以凸显生态人格培养的生命意义。
Labor education as an important part of the system of comprehensive development education not only has a broad social function significance but also has more fundamental life significance.The life significance of labor education rooted in the life significance of the comprehensive stimulation,expansion and promotion of the freedom of life.Labor creation is the source of the construction of significance life in labor education.Life character is the concentrated embodiment of the individual construction of significance in labor education.Labor culture is the universal development of life significance in labor education.In the process of ecological civilization construction,labor education should establish the concept of ecological labor and cultivate ecological culture to highlight the life significance of ecological personality cultivation in the life meaning of harmonious integration of human-nature-society.
