The Reform of Rural Schools from the Perspective of Social Capital

农村学校的社会资本是指农村学校在共享信念、社会信任和互惠合作基础上所建立起来的关系网络。农村学校的社会资本对农村学校的变革发展具有重大意义,可以为农村学校当前面临的困境提供切合实际的解决思路。农村学校建构适宜于变革的社会资本需要从四方面入手:培育共享信念、重建社会信任、营造合作机制、加强对外开放和交流。

The social capital of rural schools refers to the relationship network established by rural schools on the basis of shared beliefs,social trust and mutually beneficial cooperation.The social capital of rural schools is of great significance to the rural schools development,and can provide solutions to the current difficulties faced by rural schools.Rural schools need four aspects to construct social capital:fostering shared beliefs,rebuilding social trust,creating cooperative mechanism and strengthening opening and exchanges.
