基于伏邪理论探讨小儿慢乳蛾

慢乳蛾是儿科常见病之一,常因病情缠绵反复难愈,影响儿童正常健康生活和学习。因此,临床儿科工作时常关注本病有效防治。陈竹教授提出从伏邪理论探讨小儿慢乳蛾的病因病机,认为小儿慢乳蛾与儿童体质有密切联系,伏邪是慢乳蛾发生的重要原因。小儿慢乳蛾是以正虚为前提,痰、热、瘀邪,三者蛰伏喉核,相互搏结,伏邪致病。发病形式分为伏邪自发和再感诱发。总治疗原则是引邪透达,祛邪扶正。而在临床治疗过程中,灵活把握“祛邪”与“扶正”之间的度,是治疗本病的关键。伏痰者,治则以豁痰透达、健脾消肿。伏热者,实证则清化透热、解毒消肿;虚证则养阴清热、清毒消肿。伏瘀者,则以活血祛瘀、通络消肿。
