中西医结合治疗临床无肌病性皮肌炎1例

A case of clinically amyopathic dermatomyositis treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

临床无肌病性皮肌炎的儿童病例报道少见,本病因西医治疗效果差、死亡率高,预后多不良。本文报道1例儿童诊断为本病,临床采用中西医结合治疗,控制病情并顺利停药,取得良好疗效。

There are few reports on children with clinically amyopathic dermatomyositis,which has poor curative effect,high mortality and poor prognosis by western medicine treatment.This paper reports a child diagnosed with this disease,which was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The disease was controlled and drug was stopped successfully,and the treatment achieved good results.
