动车组列车结冰状态传感器原理及试验研究

Principle and Experimental Study of Icing Condition Sensor for EMU Train

摘要 动车组在寒冷地区雪中运行时,底部喷洒防冰液后仍可能出现防冰液表面结冰的现象,使结冰情况分析变得十分复杂。提出一种动车组列车结冰状态传感器进行动车组结冰监测的方法,介绍传感器的测量原理,依据有限元仿真及传感器基本特性试验的结果,总结谐振频率和反馈电压的变化规律,建立存在防冰液条件下的结冰状态判别准则,在此基础上设计并进行防冰液测量试验、防冰液表面结冰原理试验、不同环境下结冰试验。试验结果表明传感器对冰层和积水厚度的监测,其分辨率优于0.1 mm;防冰液厚度最小检出限为0.25 mm;能判断出干燥、液体、结冰、防冰液表面结冰四种基本状态,满足动车组结冰状态实时监测的要求。 When the EMU is operating in snow in a cold area,the surface of the anti-icing liquid may still freeze after the anti-icing liquid is sprayed on the bottom of the EMU,which complicates the analysis of the icing situation.This paper presented a method of using the icing condition sensor to monitor the icing of the EMU train and illustrated the measurement principle of the resonance sensor for different conditions.Based on the COMSOL finite element simulation and the basic characteristic test of the sensor,the variation law of resonance frequency and feedback voltage was summarized,followed by the establishment of the icing condition discrimination criterion under the condition of anti-icing fluid.On this basis,the anti-icing fluid measurement test,icing principle test on anti-icing fluid and icing test under different environments were designed and carried out.The test results show that the sensor monitors the ice thickness with a resolution within 0.2 mm,with the minimum detection limit of anti icing fluid thickness of 0.25 mm.The sensor can correctly distinguish the four basic conditions of dry,liquid,freezing and icing on anti-icing fluid,which meets the requirement of real-time monitoring of the icing condition of the EMU train.
