摘要
目的优化威灵仙配方颗粒的真空带式干燥工艺。方法以威灵仙配方颗粒含水量、浸出物和齐墩果酸含量为评价指标,以加热板温度、进料量和履带速度为考察因素,采用L9(3^4)正交试验确定威灵仙配方颗粒最佳真空带式干燥工艺参数。结果确定进料量12 L·h^-1,加热板温度一区120℃,二区90℃,三区50℃,履带速率18 Hz为最佳干燥工艺条件。结论该干燥工艺所得威灵仙配方颗粒含水量、浸出物和含量稳定,适用于威灵仙配方颗粒产业化工艺。
OBJECTIVE To optimize vacuum belt drying process of Clematis Recta formula granule.METHODS The parameters of the water contents,leachate and the contents of oleanolic acid were taken as the investigation indexes,L9(3^4)orthogonal test was adopted to optimized the vacuum belt drying process for Clematis Recta formula granule with drying temperature,charging rate and belt speed as factors.RESULTS The study showed that the inlet amount was 12 L·h^-1,the temperature of the three heated plates were at 120℃,90℃,50℃,and the belt speed reached 20 Hz,which were the optimal drying process.CONCLUSION The water contents,leachate and the contents of oleanolic acid obtained in the drying process are stable,suitable for the industrial process of Clematis Recta formula granule.
