人防地下室设计规范及优化措施研究

Study on design criterion and optimization measures of civil air defense basement

人防地下室设计作为房建设计的重要组成部分,其设计既要考虑到日后平时使用的方便性,又要考虑到战时使用的合理性,还要考虑到建设的经济性。基于此,从人防地下室设计规范及地方法律法规入手,结合大量的工程设计及验收经验,归纳出11条人防地下室设计的一般流程并提出相关优化措施。

As an important part of building design,the design of civil air defence basement should not only consider the convenience of using in peacetime,but also the rationality of using in wartime and the economy of building. Based on this,11 general processes of design and design of civil air defence basements are summarized and related optimization measures are put forward according to the design codes and local regulations of civil air defence basements and the experiences of engineering design and acceptance.
