摘要
以腐植酸钠、丙烯酸为原料,以过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,采用自由基共聚反应合成腐植酸钠-聚丙烯酸树脂,通过红外光谱分析腐植酸钠-聚丙烯酸树脂的结构。在此基础上,与氧化石墨烯复合制备腐植酸钠-聚丙烯酸/氧化石墨烯复合材料,进行腐植酸钠-聚丙烯酸/氧化石墨烯复合材料对Cd2+的吸附性能研究。实验结果表明,腐植酸钠-聚丙烯酸/氧化石墨烯复合材料吸附Cd2+的最优条件:吸附时间为70 min,腐植酸钠-聚丙烯酸/氧化石墨烯复合材料用量为0.2 g,吸附温度为60℃,pH为4,腐植酸钠-聚丙烯酸/氧化石墨烯复合材料吸附Cd2+的效果优于腐植酸钠。
Sodium humate-polyacrylic acid resin was synthesized with sodium humate,acrylic acid as raw material and benzoyl peroxide as the initiator by free radical copolymerization reaction.The structure of sodium humate-polyacrylic acid resin was characterized by the analysis of the infrared spectrum.Based on this,sodium humate-polyacrylic acid/graphene oxide composite was prepared with the graphene oxide and sodium humate-polyacrylic acid resin to study the adsorption performance of sodium humate-polyacrylic acid/graphene oxide composite on Cd2+.The results showed that the optimum conditions of sodium humate-polyacrylic acid/graphene oxide composite for the adsorption of Cd2+was as follows:the adsorption time,temperature and pH were 70 min,60℃and 4 respectively.The sodium humate-polyacrylic acid/graphene oxide composite dosage was 0.2 g.The adsorption effect of the sodium humate-polyacrylic acid/graphene oxide composite was higher than sodium humate.
