摘要
介绍了四川大学华西医院医院联盟数字化区域协同医疗服务模式取得的成效。分析了数字化区域协同医疗服务中,存在医疗机构高度分散化管理、医保支付方式对区域协同医疗服务缺乏补偿机制、社区首诊制度难以落实等问题,提出强化区域统筹、建立稳定的双向转诊关系、完善财政补偿机制、改革医保支付方式、加强人才培养、合理考核等政策建议。
This paper introduces the effectiveness of digital regional collaborative medical service model in West China Hospital Alliance of Sichuan University.It analyzed the problems in digital regional collaborative medical service,such as highly decentralized management of medical institutions,the lack of compensation mechanism for medical insurance payment method for regional collaborative medical services,and the difficulty of implementing community first diagnosis system.It proposes that strengthen regional coordination,establish stable two-way referral relationship,improve the financial compensation mechanism,reform medical insurance payment method,strengthen talent training,reasonable assessment and other policy recommendations.
