摘要
为解决复合滤棒在生产过程中因基棒上料错误而导致产生废棒的问题,设计并制作了一种复合滤棒成型机上料检测系统。利用颜色传感器、ARM嵌入式系统等硬件设备,对基棒信息进行获取,使用Axios交互机制设计智能信息管理平台以实现信息的读取与显示。结果表明:该系统对基棒的识别正确率为100%,能够圆满完成对原料的检测,避免了复合滤棒废棒的产生。
In order to solve the problem of waste rods caused by incorrect feeding during the production process of combined filter rods,a feeding detection system for a composite filter rod forming machine was designed and manufactured.Using color recognition sensors,ARM embedded systems and other hardware devices to obtain base stick information,an intelligent information management platform was designed to read and display information.The system chose Linux+Apache Web+MySQL+PHP(LAMP)as development environment and used the JavaScript Vue.js framework as the front-end,PHP as the back-end and Axios as interaction mechanism.Through the control test,it was found that the system had a 100%base rod recognition rate,which can successfully complete the detection of raw materials,improve the work efficiency of workers and greatly reduce the number of waste rods in the production process.This system provides a new idea for development of intelligent detection equipment and information management of raw and auxiliary materials.
