新时代高校思想政治理论课教师教学主导地位影响因素及强化路径

摘要 影响新时代高校思想政治理论课教师教学主导地位的内涵因素主要有道德情操、专业知识和家国情怀,能力因素包括教师运用教学方法和技巧的能力、理解和解释我国社会现实的能力及解读世界舆情变化的能力。内涵因素是基础、核心、前提,能力因素是关键、保证、体现,两者互相联系,辩证统一。强化新时代高校思想政治理论课教师教学主导地位须从政治素养、责任担当、危机感和成就感四个方面着手。 The main connotation factors that affect the leading position of teachers of ideological and political theory course in the new era include moral sentiment,professional knowledge and patriotism.The ability factors include the ability of teachers to use teaching methods and skills,the ability to understand and explain the social reality,and the ability to interpret the changes of world public opinion.The connotation factor is the foundation,the core and the premise,while the ability factor is the key,guarantee and embodiment.To strengthen the leading position of ideological and political theory teachers in the new era,four aspects such as,political quality,responsibility,crisis and achievement should be focused.
