为推进首都社会治理体系创新,落实党中央对信访工作作出的一系列指示和部署,2018年,北京市信访办试点“六专”信访工作模式,即用“专业团队、专业人士、专题研究、专项评估、专人定策、专案化解”的方法集中解决信访工作中的重点疑难问题。本文详细介绍了“六专”信访工作模式提出的背景、内涵及工作成效,并结合实践案例分析和阐释了“六专”信访工作模式的实际效果以及将其进一步推广的重要意义。

In order to promote the innovation of the social governance system of the capital,implementing a series of instructions and arrangements made by the CPC Central Committee to petition letters and visits,In 2018,the petition mode of"six professional"which including"professional team,professionals,special research,special evaluation,special decision-making,project resolution"in Beijjing's petition office was put forward.The"solution"method focuses on solving the key and difficult problems in the petition work.This article introduces in detail the background,connotation and work effect of the"six professional"petition work mode,and analyzes and explains the actual effect of the"six professional"petition work mode and the significance of its further promotion.
