论营造政治上的绿水青山--由《习近平谈治国理政》第三卷引发的思考

On Building Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains in Politics——learning Xi Jinping:The Governance of China Ⅲ

面对当前亟须引起重视的党内政治生态问题,习近平总书记郑重提出,要着力营造政治上的绿水青山。"政治上的绿水青山"这一廉洁政治建设总目标,内涵丰富,其中干部清正是其基础内容,政府清廉是其关键内容,政治清明是其核心内容。实现政治上的绿水青山目标,首先要加强廉政文化建设,在全社会形成崇廉鄙贪的良好政治氛围;其次要强化教育引导,增强党员干部包括领导干部自身拒腐防变之能力;再次要健全公权力运行制约监督机制,增加政府及其部门公权力运行的透明度;其四要坚持有案必查、有腐必惩,长期确保对反腐败斗争的压倒性胜利。

Faced with the Party current political ecology problems,Xi Jinping,General Secretary of the CPC,solemnly proposed that we should strive to create lucid waters and lush mountains in politics. Lucid waters and lush mountains in politics is the general goal of honest political construction,which is rich in connotation. Cadre integrity is its basic content,government integrity is its key content,and political integrity is its core content.To achieve the goal,we should first strengthen the construction of a clean and honest government culture and form a good political atmosphere advocating honesty and disdaining corruption in the whole society. Secondly,we should strengthen education and guidance to enhance the ability of Party members and cadres(including leading cadres)to resist corruption and prevent degeneration. Thirdly,we should improve the mechanism of restricting and supervising the operation of public power and increase the transparency of the operation of government public power. Finally,we should persist in investigating cases and punishing corruption in order to ensure an overwhelming victory in the fight against corruption for a long time.
