高职旅游类专业校企合作存在的问题及其对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of School-enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Tourism Specialties

近年来,随着我国高职教育改革不断深入,很多高职院校旅游类专业都采取各种措施促进校企合作。但是,由于理念的差异、旅游业一些固有的特点、合作形式单一、专业服务能力不足以及校企合作机制不完善等诸多因素,导致高职旅游类专业校企合作仍然存在着一些问题。推进股份制、混合所有制办学体制改革,推行现代学徒制人才培养模式,校企共建专项团队、搭建技术服务平台,共同致力于打造新型混合型组织文化,建立运行保障机制是解决这些问题的有效途径。

In recent years,with the deepening of China′s higher vocational education reform,many higher vocational colleges have taken various measures to promote school-enterprise cooperation.However,due to the differences in ideas,some inherent characteristics of tourism industry,single form of cooperation,insufficient professional service ability and imperfect school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,there are still many problems in the school-enterprise cooperation of tourism specialties in higher vocational colleges.The effective ways to solve these problems are to promote the reform of the joint-stock and mixed ownership system,carry out the modern apprenticeship talent training mode,build a special team by school and enterprise jointly,set up a technical service platform,work together to create a new type of mixed organizational culture,and establish an operational security mechanism.
