后喻文化视域下高职院校毕业生职业适应状况调查分析

A Survey of Vocational College Graduates′Occupational Adaptation from the Perspective of Post-figurative Culture

以后喻文化的视角分析当前社会特征,作为当代年轻人成长的社会背景,对高职毕业生入职后的职业适应状况进行定量调查分析,并针对毕业生典型个案进行核心问题访谈,进而对影响高职毕业生入职后对职场适应状况的因素进行分析,为高职院校提供促进毕业生适应职场的对策参考。

This paper analyzes the current social characteristics from the perspective of post-figurative culture.As the social background of the growth of contemporary young people,this paper conducts a quantitative survey and analysis on the vocational adaptation of higher vocational graduates after they enter the workplace,and interviews the graduates about the core issues of typical cases,and then analyzes the factors that affect the vocational graduates′adaptation to the workplace,so as to provide reference for higher vocational colleges to promote graduates to adapt to the workplace.
