“互联网+”背景下青岛市小微企业核心竞争力构建研究

Research on the Core Competitiveness Construction of Qingdao Small and Micro Enterprises under the Background of“Internet+”

随着“互联网+”与各个行业的融合,小微企业在“互联网+”背景下如何提升自身在市场环境中的竞争力变得尤为重要。利用灰色关联系统对小微企业的核心竞争力进行评价,从青岛市小微企业在组织能力、技术能力、公关能力、行业竞争力、技术创新能力以及网络软能力等核心竞争要素进行了整体评估,得到青岛市小微企业在“互联网+”背景下核心竞争力的实际状况。根据评价情况对小微企业的核心竞争力构建提出了针对性建议,以期通过此次研究能够为小微企业的核心竞争力构建提供一定的参考和借鉴。

The government promotes the integration of“Internet+”with industries.Under the background of“Internet+”,how to enhance the competitiveness in the market environment has become particularly important for the small and micro enterprises.The core competitiveness of small and micro enterprises is evaluated by grey relational system.This paper evaluates the core competitive factors of Qingdao small and micro enterprises in terms of organization ability,technical ability,public relations ability,industry competitiveness,technological innovation ability and network soft ability.The actual situation of Qingdao small and micro enterprises in the context of“Internet+”has been obtained.According to the evaluation results,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of core competitiveness of small and micro enterprises,hoping to provide certain reference for the construction of core competitiveness of small and micro enterprises.
