摘要
职业生涯韧性的研究起源于心理学领域,出现相对较晚,其研究需结合特定的领域和研究对象进行。临床护理人员在医院临床一线人员中占比较高,其工作状态对医院的整体运行起至关重要的作用。本文围绕职业生涯韧性的概念、测评工具、临床护理人员职业生涯韧性的影响因素及其干预方法进行综述,以期帮助护理管理者提高我国临床护理人员的职业生涯韧性,增强其应对职业逆境的能力,促进职业生涯的良好发展。
The research on career resilience originates from the field of psychology and emerged relatively late and the research needs to be carried out in combination with specific fields and research objects.Clinical nurses account for a relatively high proportion of the front-line clinical staff in hospitals,and their working status plays a vital role in the overall operation of the hospital.This paper reviews the concept of career resilience,evaluation tools,influencing factors and intervention methods of career resilience of clinical nurses,in order to help nursing managers to improve the career resilience of Chinese clinical nurses,enhance their ability to cope with occupational adversity and promote the good development of their career.
