中医药治疗老年鼻鼽的临床研究进展

Clinical research progress of allergic rhinitis in elderly patients treated with TCM therapy

鼻鼽是耳鼻喉科的高发疾病。目前通过文献研究及临床观察发现老年鼻鼽发病率逐年上升,已成为老年呼吸性疾病中较为突出的问题。文章试从病因病机,中药内治及中医外治等多方面对老年鼻鼽的论治进行探讨,总结现今中医治疗老年鼻鼽的临床研究最新进展,希冀为老年鼻鼽的治疗提供更多参考与方法。

Allergic Rhinitis is a high incidence of otolaryngology.At present,through the literature research and clinical observation found that the incidence of Allergic Rhinitis in the elderly increased year by year,has becoming a more prominent issue in the elderly respiratory diseases.This paper attempts to discuss the treatment of Allergic Rhinitis in the elderly from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,internal treatment and external treatment of TCM,hoping for the treatment of Allergic Rhinitis in the elderly to provide more reference and methods.
