视网膜中央静脉阻塞并发视网膜中央动脉阻塞合并新生血管性青光眼1例

A case report of central retinal vein occlusion complicated with central retinal artery occlusion and neovascular glaucoma

本文通过1例右眼视网膜中央静脉阻塞合并黄斑水肿,故予以玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德(TA)并行视网膜532激光光凝后并发新生血管性青光眼的病例,探讨长期视网膜中央静脉阻塞和青光眼持续高眼压的关系,论证了及时的改善视网膜微循环,抗新生血管药物治疗,降低眼压等对症疗法,都是积极有效的治疗手段。

This article attempts to investigate long-term central retinal vein occlusion and glaucoma by a case of right central retinal vein occlusion combined with macular edema,in which intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide(TA)and retinal 532 laser photocoagulation followed by neovascular glaucoma.The relationship between sustained high intraocular pressure and the timely improvement of retinal microcirculation,anti-angiogenic drug therapy,and reduction of intraocular pressure and other symptomatic treatments are all active and effective treatments.
