面部痤疮引起角膜炎误诊误治1例

Misdiagnosis and mistreatment of keratitis caused by facial acne:a case report

目的正确认识面部痤疮引起的角膜炎,减少误诊。方法对一例因面部痤疮引起的角膜炎的回顾性分析。结果结合共聚焦显微镜检查及患者面部痤疮病史,诊断为痤疮引起的角结膜相关病变。局部给予激素联合面部痤疮治疗后好转出院。结论面部痤疮可引起角膜炎,共聚焦显微镜在诊断角膜病变时对临床具有重要指导意义。

Objective Correctly understand the keratitis caused by facial acne and reduce misdiagnosis.Methods Retrospective analysis of a case of keratitis caused by facial acne.Results Combined with the confocal microscopy and the patient's facial acne history,the diagnosis was diagnosed as a corneal and conjunctival-related lesion caused by acne.After topical hormone treatment combined with facial acne treatment,he improved and was discharged.Conclusion Facial acne can cause keratitis.Confocal microscopy is of great significance in the diagnosis of corneal lesions.
