子宫腺肌症切除术患者院外延续护理需求调查及其影响因素分析

Investigation on the continuing nursing demands outward of hospital in patients undergoing adenomyosis resection

目的分析子宫腺肌症切除术患者院外延续护理需求调查及其影响因素。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年1月就诊于我院的100例子宫腺肌症切除术患者临床资料,均于患者离院前1 d发放院外延续性护理需求调查问卷并回收,统计调查结果,分析子宫腺肌症切除术患者院外延续护理高需求的影响因素。结果100例子宫腺肌症切除术患者的院外延续护理需求调查结果显示,61.00%患者院外延续护理需求较高,39.00%的患者院外延续护理需求较低。经单因素分析,子宫腺肌症切除术患者院外延续护理的高需求影响因素可能与职业状况、月收入、文化程度、家庭支持、抑郁、焦虑相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经多因素logistic回归分析证实,脑力劳动者、家庭月收入≥5000元、大专及以上文化程度、家庭支持、抑郁及焦虑等为子宫腺肌症切除术患者院外延续护理高需求的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论脑力劳动者、家庭月收入≥5000元、大专及以上文化程度、家庭支持、抑郁及焦虑等为子宫腺肌症切除术患者院外延续护理高需求的影响因素,需采取预防措施,改善患者的延续护理需求。

Objective To analyze the investigation of continuing nursing demands outward of hospital in patients undergoing adenomyosis resection and its influencing factors.Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 100 cases of patients undergoing adenomyosis resection in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019,all the questionnaires for continuing nursing demands outward of hospital were issued and recovered 1 day before the patients left the hospital,and survey results were counted to analyze the influencing factors affecting the high continuing nursing demands in patients undergoing adenomyosis resection.Results The survey results of the continuing nursing demands outward of hospital in 100 cases of patients with adenomyosis showed that 61.00%of patients had a higher continuing nursing demands outward of hospital,and 39.00%of patients had a lower continuing nursing demands outward of hospital.Univariate analysis showed that the influencing factors affecting high continuing nursing demands outward of hospital in patients with adenomyosis may be related to occupational status,monthly income,education level,family support,depression,and anxiety,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the mental workers,monthly family income≥5000 yuan,college degree or above,family support,depression and anxiety etc.were the influencing factors affecting the high continuing nursing demands outward of hospital in patients undergoing adenomyosis resection(P<0.05).Conclusion The mental workers,monthly family income≥5000 yuan,college degree or above,family support,depression and anxiety etc.were the influencing factors affecting the high continuing nursing demands outward of hospital in patients undergoing adenomyosis resection.It was necessary to take preventive measures to improve patients'continuing nursing demands.
