摘要
目的探讨改进型护理干预对食管癌切除术患者营养状况及癌因性疲乏的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2019年6月本院择期行食管癌切除术治疗的患者130例,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上施行改进型护理干预。比较两组患者的营养状况[前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)和转铁蛋白(TRF)]和癌因性疲乏情况。结果术后第6天,观察组ALB,PA,TRF水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第8天,观察组Piper疲乏量表评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对食管癌切除术患者采取改进型护理干预效果较好,可有效改善其营养状况,缓解癌因性疲乏。
Objective To explore the effect of improved nursing intervention on nutritional status and cancer-related fatigue of patients undergoing esophageal cancer resection.Methods To select 130 cases of patients who underwent elective esophageal cancer resection in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 was set as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group took routine care,and the observation group received an improved nursing intervention based on the control.The nutritional status[prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB)and transferrin(TRF)]and cancer-related fatigue of the two groups were compared.Results On the 6th day after operation,the levels of ALB,PA and TRF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 8th day after operation,the Piper Fatigue scale score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved nursing intervention for patients undergoing esophageal cancer resection had a better effect,which can effectively improve their nutritional status and relieve cancer-related fatigue.
