伴侣参与目标执行理念的多维度照护在人工流产术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of multi-dimensional care based on the goal executing concept with partner's participation in patients with induced abortion

目的探讨伴侣参与目标执行理念的多维度照护在人工流产术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1—11月在我院门诊要求进行人工流产术的已婚妇女302例作为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同分为对照组140例和观察组162例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予伴侣参与目标执行理念的多维度照护,比较两组患者的不良事件发生率、康复效果、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、生活质量评分。结果干预前两组患者SDS,SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组患者SDS,SAS评分均有所降低,且观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组康复效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生理机能、情感职能、一般健康状况、社会功能、精神健康、精力、躯体疼痛、生理职能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术患者中应用伴侣参与目标执行理念的多维度照护有助于改善其焦虑、抑郁情绪,减少不良事件发生,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of multi-dimensional care based on the goal executing concept with partner's participation in patients with induced abortion.Methods To select 302 cases of married women who requested an abortion in our hospital from January to November 2019 was set as the study object,and they were divided into a control group of 140 cases and an observation group of 162 cases according to the different nursing methods.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given multi-dimensional care based on the goal executing concept with partner's participation on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse events,rehabilitation effects,anxiety score,depression score,and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were reduced,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rehabilitation effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The physiological function,emotional function,general health,social function,mental health,vitality,body pain,and physiological role scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multi-dimensional care based on the goal executing concept with partner's participation in patients with induced abortion can help improve their anxiety and depression,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and improve the quality of life.
