自制简易水床的俯卧位护理在预防新生儿VAP中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨应用自制简易水床的俯卧位护理在预防新生儿VAP中的效果。方法选择2018年9月至2019年4月本院治疗的NICU患儿100例,随机将患儿等分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用仰卧位护理,观察组使用自制简易水床的俯卧位护理,比较两组患儿机械通气时间、入住ICU时间、新生儿VAP发生情况。结果观察组机械通气时间与住ICU时间明显比对照组短,观察组新生儿VAP发生率明显低于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NICU患儿使用自制简易水床的俯卧位护理,可明显缩短机械通气时间与住NICU时间,降低新生儿VAP发生率。 Objective To explore the application effect of prone position nursing of self-made simple waterbed in prevention of neonatal VAP.Methods To select 100 cases of children patients with NICU who were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to April 2019 was set as the study subject,and the children patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was nursed in the supine position,and the observation group was nursed in the prone position with a self-made simple waterbed to compare the time of mechanical ventilation,the time of admission to the ICU,and the occurrence of VAP in newborns between the two groups.Results The time of mechanical ventilation and the ICU stay time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the incidence of neonatal VAP was significantly lower than that in the control group,the incidence of adverse reaction was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-made simple waterbed for prone nursing care in children patients with NICU can significantly shorten the time of mechanical ventilation and the time of admission to the ICU,and reduce the incidence of neonatal VAP.
