组织变革模式在重症医学科新护士规范化培训中应用

Application of organizational reform model in standardized training of new nurses in department of critical care medicine

目的探究组织变革模式在重症医学科新护士规范化培训中应用效果。方法将我院2018年接受传统规范化培训的20名重症医学科新护士作为对照组,将2019年按照组织变革模式接受培训的24名重症医学科新护士作为试验组,培训结束后,比较两组护士的学习态度、理论知识、专业技能以及岗位胜任力评分。结果试验组学习态度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组理论知识和专业技能考核评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护士岗位胜任力各方面评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于组织变革模式对重症医学科新护士进行规范化培训,可有效改善其学习态度,提高其理论知识和专业技能水平,以及岗位胜任力。

Objective To explore the application effect of organizational reform model in standardized training of new nurses in department of critical care medicine.Methods To set 20 new nurses in the department of critical care medicine who received traditional standardized training in our hospital in 2018 was used as a control group,and the 24 new nurses in the department of critical care medicine who received training in accordance with the organizational change model in 2019 were used as the experimental group.After the training,the two groups of nurses were compared with their learning attitude,theoretical knowledge,professional skills and post competency scores.Results The learning attitude score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge and professional skills in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The each scores of nurses'post competency in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized training for new nurses in the department of critical care medicine based on the organizational change model can effectively improve their learning attitudes,improve their theoretical knowledge,professional skills,and post competency.
