四级三区预检分诊联合CRAMS评分在急诊预检分诊中的应用效果

Application effect of four-level and three-zone pre-examination and triage combined with CRAMS score in emergency pre-examination and triage

目的探讨四级三区预检分诊联合CRAMS评分在急诊预检分诊中的应用效果。方法选取2016年9月至2017年12月急诊收治的60例患者作为对照组,选取2018年1月至2019年4月急诊收治60例患者作为试验组,对照组实施四色检伤分类法,试验组在对照组基础上实施四级三区预检分诊联合CRAMS评分。对比两组急诊分诊护理质量、分诊准确率、重症候诊时间、危重患者处置时间及患者满意度。结果试验组分诊质量、分诊准确率均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组重症候诊时间、危重患者处置时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者对就诊安排到位、及时接诊及维持分诊秩序的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急诊预检分诊中应用四级三区预检分诊联合CRAMS评分,能显著提高分诊质量和分诊准确率,缩短危重患者就诊时间,提高患者对急诊各项工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of four-level and three-zone pre-examination and triage combined with CRAMS score in emergency pre-examination and triage.Methods To select 60 cases of patients admitted to the emergency department from September 2016 to December 2017 was set as a control group,and another 60 cases of patients admitted to the emergency department from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected as a test group.The control group implemented the four-color triage classification method,and the test group implemented four-level and three-zone pre-examination and triage combined with CRAMS score on the basis of the control group.The emergency triage nursing quality,accuracy of triage,waiting time of severe illness,treatment time of critical patient and patients'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The triage nursing quality and accuracy of triage in the test group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The waiting time of severe illness and treatment time of critical patient in the test group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the test group were more satisfied with the arrangement of medical treatment,timely reception and maintenance of triage order than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of four-level and three-zone pre-examination and triage combined with CRAMS scores in emergency pre-examination and triage can significantly improve the quality and accuracy of triage,shorten the time for severe illness patients,and improve patients'satisfaction with all emergency work.
