摘要
伴随着教育由粗放型发展向集约化发展迈进,许多地方政府或有名气的普通高中,开始重视从品牌学视角抓学校建设。这本是一件好事,然而,从逻辑的角度观察,各地或各校在从品牌学视角抓学校建设过程中却存在混淆品牌与名牌这两个概念从属关系的问题。从实然的角度分析,品牌高中建设是所有普通高中的已为;从应然的角度审视,从品牌到名牌才是普通高中的应为;从实操的角度思考,普通高中需要知道从品牌到名牌何为。一校之长必须具有名牌领导力,率领本校从品牌高中走向名牌高中。
With the development of education from extensive to intensive,many local governments or famous high schools begin to attach importance to school construction from the perspective of branding,which is a good thing.However,from a logical point of view,there is a problem of confusing the subordinate relationship between the two concepts of brand and strong-brand in the process of building schools from the perspective of brand science.From a practical point of view,brand high school is already the goal of all high schools.From the perspective of what should be,from brand to famous-brand is what high school should do.From a practical point of view,high school needs to know from brand to famous-brand how to do.As a principal of a high school,he must have the leadership of a famous-brand and lead the school from a brand high school to a famous-brand high school.
