摘要
一名普通教师要成为有思想的教育实践家,首先应从高水平教育实践起步,继而重视高质量理论学习,进而依靠教育科研,重视实验研究,努力提高教育的科研含量。只有依此持之以恒前行,才能拾级而上,走向成功。
In order to become a thoughtful educational practitioner,an ordinary teacher should first start from high-level educational practice,then attach importance to high-quality theoretical study,and then rely on educational scientific research and experimental research to improve the content of educational scientific research.Only by this perseverance forward,can pick up the ladder,and success eventually.
